Rooted & Restored: A Journaling and Poetry Circle for Self-Compassion
A 4-week journey of writing, self-compassion, and inner restoration
We will meet online, Sundays September 28, Oct. 5, 12, and 19 from 11-12:30 PT on Zoom
This series is a gentle invitation to slow down, turn inward, and explore the healing power of words. Through poetry, journaling, meditation, and reflection, we will create space to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.
Each week we’ll center on a theme—like self-compassion or nature—and draw inspiration from the wisdom of poets, guided meditations, and creative writing prompts. You’ll be supported in cultivating a regular practice of personal expression, reflection, and presence.
This is a space of softness, safety, and growth. No writing experience is necessary—only a willingness to listen deeply and be with what arises.
