Tending your grief

5-week writing journey

Sessions will start on Saturday, Feb. 24th, and end on March 23rd.

9-11 am PT. $150

Grief is a natural part of loving and living. The events in our lives and in the world give us so many opportunities to feel the pain of loss. Your grief may be for the earth, for complicated world issues, or for very personal losses. It is important to give yourself space and time to express the feelings associated with grief.

Writing is one way of expressing grief that I have found particularly powerful. Whether your loss is recent, many years in the past, or anticipatory, you are invited to join me and a small group online for writing and sharing (optional)

This online circle will be a safe, compassionate place to explore your journey with grief.

Each class will include:

  • A poem

  •  Two to three writing prompts with time to write

  •  Sharing (optional)

  • A nature and writing invitation for the week ahead

  • And end with a poem or words of inspiration

Grief as a Sacred Act of Love Sunday, Feb 25th, 2 pm to 4 pm PT.

Fee $50

In the depths of pain, it may be hard to think of grief as sacred, full of wonder, and an opportunity for growth. As we move deeper into our grief we begin to recognize that grief is a response to great love. Hopefully, we find people and practices that support us in a world that wants us to move quickly through this time. Perhaps we catch the signs our beloved departed ones show us and feel them near. Our hearts grow bigger and the grief can begin to transform the way we live. You are invited to join me for a Sunday afternoon online exploration of grief as a sacred act of love. We will explore poetry, reflection practices, journal prompts, and nature tasks as tools for tending to our tender hearts.

Connecting with the Spirits of Nature

Sunday, March 24, 2 pm to 4 pm PT

Fee $50

Many people have a strong connection to Nature and find it calming, supportive, and a place of awe and wonder. Did you know that you can connect with the spirits of nature for divining answers to life questions, for healing and recovery, and for guidance through life transitions? Nature is a powerful ally and is always ready to connect with us in magical ways!

You are invited to join me for a Sunday afternoon exploration of the powerful healing connection possible in nature. We will work with poetry, journal prompts, divination, guided imagery, and nature tasks to connect with the spirits of nature and our guides and allies.
